Coach Development Facilitator Materials
This section of the website provides links below to modules and
resources that have been designed for National Sporting Organisations
(NSOs) to develop their own programmes for training Coach Development
facilitators. (Coach Development facilitators are the people who will
train the coaches.)
Materials for the eight modules that will be developed are listed in the table below. The Survival Pack module provides a general overview for coach development facilitators and it is recommended that this module is delivered first.
Materials are provided as Word files so NSOs can download them and customise them for their own use. The materials provided are:
- Module outlines for NSOs to use as templates to design Coach Development facilitator training programmes.
- PowerPoints that can be adapted and used in Coach Development facilitator workshops. (Some suitable sample learning activities are included)
- Run sheets that give suggested workshop timelines.
- Hand out resources or materials for Coach Development facilitators.
An overview of all the modules and a table that lists the content and learning outcomes for all modules are also available.
