Partners

National recreation organisations (NROs) are key players in creating and sustaining recreational opportunities that encourage more New Zealanders to be more active more often.

Rock climber. SPARC works closely with recognised national recreation organisations to support effective outcomes. This support includes:

direct investment in organisations
assistance with business processes and systems
targeting SPARC programmes such as Push Play and Green Prescription to local regions
maintaining a recognised national recreation organisation register.
