You must forward electronic copies of all the documents outlined following your application to be processed.
Application to SPARC to become a Recognised Organisation
You should read the information outlined in the Recognition Process.
The following information is also important to the recognition process.
You will need to have the following documents available electronically to forward to SPARC to complete the application process. These should be the most up to date versions (in PDF, Word and/or Excel format):
- Copy of the organisation’s Certificate of Incorporation
- Organisation Constitution
- Anti-Doping policy – this must comply with the Sports Anti-Doping Rules or WADA Anti-Doping Code
- Organisational diagram
- Audited annual financial statements
- Strategic Plan
- Latest Board, Executive or similar report presented to Membership
- Evidence-based membership data
- Letters of support/mandate
