Effective national sport organisations (NSOs) are key partners for SPARC in helping us achieve our aims of making New Zealand 'the world's most active nation' and having teams and athletes winning consistently on the world stage.

Higher levels of SPARC support are available for organisations classified as Development, Participation and Performance Sport organisations.

Before national sports organisations can take advantage of the business services and financial support offered by SPARC, they must be 'recognised'.
